We'll kick off our work together with a 1-hour foundational workshop to dive deep into where you're currently at and define where you should be. By the end of the session, we'll have set KPIs for the project and your team. Over the following two weeks, we'll hold additional sessions for MAP/CRM setup, lead lifecycle mapping, scoring, and content strategy outlining. We can also include a workshop for event planning and execution where desired.
Part One: Foundational Workshops
I'll craft and deliver your custom ABM strategy. Designed to lay the foundation for growth and help you reach the outlined KPIs, the strategy workbook will come packed with everything you need to orchestrate your first Pilot Program, complement your demand generation activities and create strategic playbooks, so you're fully aligned with sales.

No, you will need to build your tech stack internally. However, I will provide full guidance and workshop with you on which ABM platform is best for you, complimentary tools I recommend across sales and marketing, and assist your team on their implementation.
